Build to Last is a one-day marriage conference designed to strengthen, refocus, and renew marriages at every stage. Whether you’re newly married, navigating a challenging season, or celebrating decades together, this day is an intentional pause to invest in what matters most.

Led by Dr. Chad & Dr. Erica Schapiro, couples will discover biblical wisdom, practical tools, and heartfelt encouragement to build marriages that honor God and endure for a lifetime.

This collaborative ministry event is presented by the San Felipe Baptist Association and sponsored by Calvary Baptist Church.

8:30 AM – Registration Opens
Grab coffee, connect with other couples, and prepare for a powerful day.

9:00–10:00 AM | Session 1 Foundations of Marriage

Start with the essentials. Discover God’s design for marriage and the core commitments that create stability and longevity.

10:15–11:15 AM | Session 2 Every Marriage Needs a Mission

Marriage is more than companionship—it’s calling. Learn how shared purpose strengthens unity and fuels joy.

11:30 AM–12:30 PM | Lunch Break
Enjoy a relaxed hour to rest, reflect, and connect with other couples.

12:30–1:30 PM | Session 3 Communication

Uncover practical tools to communicate with clarity, grace, and understanding—even in difficult moments.

1:45–2:45 PM | Session 4 Conflict Resolution

Conflict is inevitable—but growth is possible. Learn healthy, God-honoring ways to navigate tension and come out stronger.

Throughout the Day:
💑 Marriage Checkup Experience
Couples will walk through a guided “Marriage Checkup” designed to help identify strengths, growth areas, and next steps toward a healthier marriage.
