“Leadership Matters. Collaboration Multiplies.”

Healthy churches are led by healthy leaders. But no church—and no leader—was ever meant to stand alone. This year’s Church Strengthening Conference brings together pastors, pastors’ wives, deacons, teachers, ministry leaders, mission teams, and volunteers from across our region for one purpose:

To strengthen the church through shared leadership and gospel-centered collaboration.

Join us as we equip leaders at every level to serve, support, and resource the work of the local church. Through practical breakout sessions, encouraging fellowship, and collaborative training, you’ll be sharpened for ministry and connected with others who share the same calling. Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Reaching the lost in our communities

  • Raising the next generation of church leaders

  • Revitalizing churches with renewed passion and purpose

  • Multiplying gospel impact through collaboration

Whether you serve behind a pulpit, in a classroom, on a committee, or behind the scenes, this conference is designed to help you lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

Because when leadership grows—and collaboration multiplies—the Kingdom advances.
