Collaboration | Demonstrated when two or more member churches engage in healthy, cooperative, Gospel-oriented shared experiences that support our mission, vision, and values. 

Communication | Demonstrated by the clear, compelling, and consistent relaying of information that is relevant, inspiring, and valuable. 

Creativity | Demonstrated by a willingness to evaluate the current process, explore other possibilities, and engage in new ways that better equip our member churches. 

Clarity | Demonstrated by the clear and consistent execution of the defined purpose of the association.

Shared Experiences | We will create opportunities for member churches to have shared experiences in education, equipping, encouragement, and evangelism.

Shared Resources | We will foster an environment that celebrates and encourages the sharing of resources between member churches. 

Shared Connections | We will develop and nurture strategic partnerships within the Association and with external sources that provide resources that best serve our member churches. 

Shared Responsibilities | We will engage member churches to cooperate and collaborate in planting new churches, equipping the next generation, and revitalizing sister churches within the association.

Collaboration | We will create opportunities for churches to work together to serve their communities, plant churches, partner in missions, and strengthen one another. 

Reach | We will provide opportunities for churches to work together on various outreach and evangelism projects, including local and global missions. We will provide training and cohorts to equip, encourage, and resource our member churches and their congregations to share the Gospel. 

Raise | We will develop a leadership pipeline that will include identifying, equipping, and engaging those called to the ministry to grow in their current ministry setting and explore other ministry opportunities. 

Revitalize |  We will offer evaluations, assessments, training, and appropriate resources to equip churches to evaluate the overall health of their church and individual ministries and to develop appropriate strategic plans for their next steps.
