A Mind to WorkCollaborating in Christ for a Stronger Church What does collaboration really mean? Throughout Scripture, we see a powerful pattern: God’s people accomplishing extraordinary things when they work together for His purposes. Jesus sent His disciples out in pairs to reach the lost. Moses needed Aaron to help lead Israel out of captivity. The Apostle Paul rarely traveled alone—he partnered with Silas, Timothy, Luke, and others as he advanced the gospel. But perhaps the most inspiring picture of collaboration comes from Nehemiah. When he gathered God’s people to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, Scripture says, “the people had a mind to work” (Nehemiah 4:6). United by vision and purpose, they accomplished what seemed impossible. There is something powerful about collaboration. It motivates us. It reassures us. It strengthens us. It reminds us that we are not alone in the work of ministry. And it enables us to do far more together than we could ever do on our own. That is the heart behind the 2026 Church Strengthening Conference on Saturday, January 31. This gathering is more than an event—it is a movement of churches and leaders committed to collaborating in Christ to fulfill a shared vision: to reach the lost, raise the next generation of church leaders, and revitalize the church. Like Nehemiah’s team, we may not complete the work in 52 days, but together, step by step, we can build something lasting for the glory of God. You are invited to be part of this powerful day of encouragement, equipping, and connection. Registration closes at midnight on Friday, January 30—don’t wait too long, because leadership matters and collaboration multiplies. And yes—lunch is free, fellowship is free, and multiplication is on the menu! Come with a mind to work. Leave with renewed vision, stronger partnerships, and fresh hope for the future.
